Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GeoLotPass web application (the "Service") operated by GeoTek Systems, LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

GeoLotPass provides software tools for condominium boards, property managers, and parking lot management companies to track vehicle registrations and issue digital passes. GeoTek Systems, LLC is a software provider only.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GeoTek Systems, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• The physical enforcement of parking rules, including the towing, booting, or ticketing of any vehicle.
• Disputes between property managers, residents, and guests.

The Subscriber (the property management entity) is solely responsible for ensuring that all physical parking enforcement actions comply with local laws and regulations.
