Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between GeoTek Systems, LLC ("Data Processor") and the subscribing property management entity ("Data Controller").

1. Roles of the Parties

The subscribing property management entity acts as the Data Controller, determining the purposes and means of processing personal data. GeoTek Systems, LLC acts as the Data Processor, processing personal data solely on behalf of the Data Controller.

2. Scope of Processing

The Processor will process personal data exclusively to provide the GeoLotPass service. This includes the processing of:

• Vehicle registration details (license plates, make, model).
• Guest identification information (names, temporary ID scans for verification).
• Geofencing location data to trigger arrival notifications.

3. Security Measures

The Processor shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, utilizing modern cloud infrastructure (including Google Cloud Platform and Cloudflare) to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

4. Deletion of Data

Upon termination of the Service, or upon written request by the Data Controller, the Processor shall delete all personal data processed on behalf of the Controller, except where retention is required by applicable law.
